Handmade items like custom name necklaces may take 7-15 days to be carefully made and dispatched.

Multi charm necklaces, may take 1-3 business days to be made and dispatched.

DELIVERY

HONG KONG (FREE WITH ORDERS OVER HKD 400)

All orders are sent with SF Express via a tracked service. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email and once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking information. Please remember to check your junk/spam inbox.

REST OF THE WORLD (FREE WITH ORDERS OVER USD 90)

Tracked delivery: USD 15.00. Estimated delivery between 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email. Due to customs and courier handover delays, the timeframe may be extended during busier periods.
