For multi-charm necklaces, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible without compromising quality. 💫

Because these are made to order, the sale is final.

HONG KONG (FREE WITH ORDERS OVER HKD 400)

All orders are sent with SF Express via a tracked service. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email and once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking information. Please remember to check your junk/spam inbox.

REST OF THE WORLD (FREE WITH ORDERS OVER USD 90)

Tracked delivery: USD 15.00. Estimated delivery between 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email. Due to customs and courier handover delays, the timeframe may be extended during busier periods.
